Combing elements of grindcore, death metal, and thrash metal, Population Reduction bring a very abrasive sound to the metal world. Being the stoners that they are, a lot of their lyrics contain a lot of drug-related innuendos with some sludge-like riffs. I think it's safe to assume that Population Reduction is the answer to doom metal's Electric Wizard. As their pargraph from last.fm states, if you're a fan of bands like Terrorizer, Napalm Death, Discordance Axis, and Slayer, you'll sure find something worthwhile out of Population Reduction.
