Preface To The Dead Sea - Self Titled (2010)

From last.fm:

"Preface To The Dead Sea is a russian 5-piece act from Tula, playing atmospheric music. Besides, they’re all sexy nice guys."

You're in an enchanted meadow, lost and no where to go. There are dead trees all around and the sky is pitch black. Hearing the sounds of the unknown night life, you quicky shuffle down the only road in an attempt to find the exit. You feel as if you're about to give up but wait! There is hope! A young woman's voice gently calms you and tells you everything is going to be fine. She guides you through the twisted forest and out through the dark cavern to find sunlight and comfort again. Wait... what? Oh right. Don't mind me. I'm just listening to Preface To The Dead Sea.

  2. Pretentious or not it's still pretty kick ass! I've noticed a lot of post-rock bands have names like this not to mention they're really fucking elongated like every Red Sparowes track.

  7. Sorry if this may sound "ignorant" or whatever but I'm not a big electronic fan and I've only listened to the bare minimal drone but what I here it's pretty awesome. Mind throwing up your blog? I think I have a lot to learn from you vice versa.

  8. Also, I really respect your DIY ethics man. I love how you strongly encourage it and praise it in your music.
